Pool training and physiotherapy in water
Water aerobics and water rehabilitation are two forms of aquatic exercise that offer a unique combination of physical activity and therapy that is beneficial to the body.

These classes combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises, adapted to the aquatic environment. In addition, the resistance of the water intensifies movement, helping to improve muscle toning and calorie burning
On the other hand, water rehabilitation is used as a therapeutic approach to recover and improve functionality after injury or surgery. Floating in water reduces the load on joints and muscles, which facilitates mobility and reduces pain. Specific exercises in the water allow a greater range of motion and help to gradually strengthen the affected areas without putting excessive strain
